For reasons including the above reasons, the User may not be able to access the site temporarily. You further agree that any disputes or claims that you may have against us or our suppliers will be resolved within the territorial jurisdiction of Hon'ble Delhi High Court at Delhi, India. YOU IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF HON'BLE DELHI COURTS, OVER ANY DISPUTES OR CLAIMS YOU HAVE WITH US RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THE SITE, THE SERVICE OR THE AGREEMENT
