Can I hide my identity?

Yes, you can. After registering, go on to ‘My Profile’ section and put a display name. You will have to reveal your identity once you accept a particular assignment from the income provider.

For Income seekers, the registration is absolutely free.

Can I get refund, if I am not satisfied with the service?

We have 'A La Carte' option where in you pay only for the profile you select from our database. If you are satisfied with the results, you can select a better plan.

If you have selected a plan we cannot terminate it mid-way or give refund. For any technical queries, you can always mail us a contact@zyadaincome.com. However if you have been charged more than once for a particular service, please do write in us at the same email address with full details and after verifying all the details, we will issue a refund within 15 working days.
